I have worked with trainers in the past but never able to accomplish the goals I had. Frank just knew more about what my body needed thru his thorough continuing evaluation.   Frank helped me get to the top 5 in the nation in mountain biking, back to running, and really helped me lean up!  He was very focused on my goals, took the time to think about me outside of each appointment and made the training both progressive and interesting.  Each session had a bit of progression and change and I could really see my progress.  I cannot recommend Frank enough to help you accomplish your goals!

Frank has knowledge of the body that most of my PT friends do not have!  He is able to very specifically set up a training program that accomplishes the clients / PT goals.  He balances healing with training masterfully - always helping a client move forward in strength, healthy movement, core and balance while making sure any old or current injuries are respected and given the opportunity to heal.  He is great to refer clients to!  I know he will help my clients get better not the other way around!  I cannot recommend Frank highly enough!

Frank Fletcher was highly recommended to me by Curtis Cramblett during a bike fit that allowed me to identify, as the source of some technical issues, specific physical problems.

In my first appointment with Frank, I underwent a thorough interview and a complete physical assessment, in order to pinpoint the cause of those biomechanical problems.  Frank subsequently established a workout plan with weekly meetings involving myofascial release and the learning of new core exercises aiming at targeting muscle groups that were previously under-stimulated or even atrophied facilitating, in the process, the recovery of the muscle groups more prone to overuse.  Ultimately, the whole practice seeks to achieve a more balance body, while providing the athlete the adequate tools to develop responsible and efficient training skills.
